Wedding/Event Orders

Because Lettered by Rach does personalized items tailored to each person, items are non-refundable in most cases. Full refunds will be given if the production of the item hasn’t begun. However, if there is a deposit, it will be non-refundable. Full and partial refunds will be offered at the discretion of Lettered by Rach in regards to an un-fixable error made by Lettered by Rach. 

As with any custom, handmade item, your order is subject to common human error-accidents happen! 

In the event that the order was incorrectly placed with a typo, omission of one of your requests, ect. we ask that you first reach out via email to add or rectify any errors within 24hrs of placing your order. 

Making sure you are happy with your order is always my #1 priority, so if anything is wrong or you are unhappy, please let me us know by emailing me at letteredbyrach@gmail.com

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit will be required on certain items and events that will go towards the total cost. 

Refunds

Refunds will be offered at the discretion of Lettered by Rach. Deposits are non-refundable.

Receipts

All customers have the right to receive a receipt upon paying. Receipts will only be distributed digitally. 

Rental Agreement

Lettered by Rach provides certain signs and mirrors for rental use. In order to rent an item, you must fill out an Equipment Rental Agreement. Once the item(s) are delivered, the Lessee will be responsible for any risk of loss, theft, damage, or destruction to the Equipment from any and every cause as per the Equipment Rental Agreement.

Delivery

Lettered by Rach provides delivery to certain areas in the GTA and to some areas outside of the GTA. There will be a delivery fee for each delivery. Please contact us to see if we deliver to your area.
